Basically two types are available, a sand filled surface which is best for outdoors as the sand ballasts it into hollows and can be added or removed as required to vary ball speed. Non-fill would have to glued down unless the surface is fairly flat. Both come in 2m or 4m wide rolls, which can be easily joined.

Verdeluxe can be used for putting green surrounds. It has an optional sand dressing of 8kg per sq.metre. If installed over an unbound surface as a lawn, the low sand infill will hold the grass in place without being seen
