THE WASHMASTER
The galvanised washer has been designed for ease of maintenance and operation. this unique design has seperate dirt and water overflow trays allowing water and solids to be sorted.
The dirt box has two handles for easy removal and with the built-in water weir the water and solids seperate easily minimising the chance of drain blockage
The water drip tray can be installed to fixwd or flexible pipework for drainage and can be "left or right" handed. The design allows the operator to remove the dirt box without having to disconnect the pipework like our competitors' washers.
The ball exit can be either "left or right" handed to suit the installation and can be altered easily on site if you have to move the washer.
Balls are cleaned between two vertically mounted discs ensuring maximum cleaning efficiency.

THE HERITAGE FAIRWAY PRE-SOAK SORTER
The Heritage Fairway pre-soak sorter holds up to 4,000 balls, can deal with 40,000 per hour and can work in conjuction with most washers or stand alone.
The powerful pump creates a swirling agitation before delivery to a sorting level in a water jet, either via a sorting table, the 2" drain valve or the precision speed rails all debris can be removed.
The steel supported industrial tank is power coated to eliminate rust. We advise this equipment be kept under cover as the pump must be protected from any risk of freezing.

HOLLROCK WASHERS

These high-capacity washers put 28,000 to 56,000 clean balls back into play every hour. The Vibro Insulated Loading Hopper and Elastometric Brush Mount System guarantee quiet and smooth indoor and outdoor operations. The patented cushioned scrubbing tracks deliver two sparkling clean balls at a time.
